Starting today, Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) contractor, CMG Pipelines, will temporarily close Fontainebleau Dr (westbound) from Nashville Ave and Vincennes Pl to facilitate sewer main repairs.
For all traffic interruptions, signage and traffic control measures such as barrels and fencing are onsite to direct drivers and pedestrians.
LOCATION: Fontainebleau Dr (westbound) from Nashville Ave to Vincennes Pl
WORK SCHEDULE: The closure began on November 4th. Repairs and restoration are anticipated to take place until Friday, November 13th, weather permitting.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: Fontainebleau Dr (westbound) from Nashville Ave to Vincennes Pl will be closed to through traffic. The lefthand lane of Nashville Ave (northbound) will be closed to prevent traffic from turning left/west on Fontainebleau Dr.
