On Saturday, August 22nd, 2026, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) crews will be performing a closure which will temporarily disrupt your water services to facilitate valve repairs.

- Indiana St from Wabash St to Donner Dr
- Memorial Park Dr from Indiana St to Idaho St
- Kansas St from Wabash St to Donner Dr
- Memorial Park Dr from Kansas St to Nevada St
- Nevada St from Behrman Hwy to Donner Dr
- Oregon St from Behrman Hwy to Donner Dr
- Utah St from Behrman Hwy to Donner Dr
- Elmwood Park Dr from Utah St to Indiana St
- Sabine St from Utah St to Idaho St
- Potomac St from Utah St to Idaho St
- Donner Dr from Utah St to Idaho St
When water is restored, run your faucets for 5 minutes to flush out the lines before resuming regular use.
If water is not restored within one hour after end time, please contact us at the email/phone number below.
Gauges will be placed and monitored by a SWBNO crew during the water valve closure. The procedure will be aborted, and the closure opened immediately if there are any unacceptable pressure losses during the closure or if any pressure gauge readings fall to 30psi.
