Today, August 18th 2026, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) contractor, Boh Bros, temporarily closed N Dorgenois St from Clouet St to Piety St to facilitate 12-inch water main repairs.
LOCATION: N Dorgenois St from Clouet St to Piety St
WORK SCHEDULE: We anticipate repairs to be completed within the next 3 weeks, weather permitting.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: N Dorgenois St from Clouet St to Piety St will be closed to local traffic only. Louisa St will remain open.
For all traffic interruptions, signage and traffic control measures such as barrels and fencing are onsite to direct drivers and pedestrians. Crews will allow buses and emergency vehicles to pass, as needed.
