Residents and businesses on Louisiana Avenue between Constance Street and Camp Street will be experiencing low water pressure on Tuesday morning, September 8, 2015 at 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. while Boh Brothers Construction Company performs a tie in of an 8" waterline that will service the area.
