Sewerage and Water Board to Reschedule Installation of Piping for $50 Million Water Hammer Project

Yesterday, as construction began to install necessary piping on a 48 inch water line as part of the $50 million Water Hammer Project within the Carrollton Water Treatment Plant, a drop in water pressure was detected. The water line closure was immediately reversed and a review confirmed water pressure levels were safe.
