Cooper Construction, working for S&WB, will perform waterline work on St. Andrew Street. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that St. Andrew Street between Baronne and Brainard Streets will be closed to traffic on Wednesday and Thursday, May 10th and 11th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
