Request a Water Filter Pitcher

SWBNO is working to replace lead service lines throughout the city to comply with new federal regulations. Replacing all lead lines in the city will take time, so we are offering water filter pitchers to customers who are at risk of lead exposure through their water service lines.

The filter pitcher program is funded through a federal grant, which includes specific guidelines for how the pitchers can be distributed. Only customers with lead, galvanized, or unknown service lines can receive a pitcher through our program. Using our service line material inventory, we will review all requests and notify you of your eligibility. You should receive that notice the same day as your request, and you can pick up your pitcher as soon as your eligibility is confirmed.
