Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO), in consultation with the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory (BWA) for the Memorial Park Neighborhood located on the West Bank New Orleans.

Water pressures in this area fell below 20 pounds per square inch (psi) while contractors were replacing a 16-inch water valve. Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans crews are responding. Water pressures in this area will remain lower than normal until contractors are able to replace the 16-inch water valve. SWBNO will notify residents when testing has begun.
