SWBNO administrative offices downtown to close at 2:30 Friday, 2/21, for revised parade schedule

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) will close its customer service center and administrative offices at 625 St. Joseph St. at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, to accommodate the revised early Carnival parade schedule.
Customers can still contact Customer Service at 52-WATER (504.529.2837) to report emergencies or pay by phone. They also can pay online at www.swbno.org. Our West Bank Customer Service office at 4021 Behrman Place will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.
