Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO), in consultation with the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), has canceled the precautionary boil water advisory for a large portion of the East Bank of New Orleans which includes 3 areas that include Uptown, the CBD, French Quarter, 9th Ward, Mid City, and Gentilly, as well as two separate areas in New Orleans East.
The Customer Service Center at St. Joseph St will open for noon today. Our West Bank location is open from 8:30- 4:30pm.
