Traffic Advisory: Temporary Lane Closure Eastbound on South Claiborne Ave. from Audubon St. to State St.

Beginning on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 7 a.m. the Sewerage and Water Board (SWBNO) of New Orleans’ contractors will temporarily close a single left lane of traffic going eastbound S. Claiborne Ave. at Audubon Street to State Street.
The roadway is expected to reopen on Friday, April 14, 2023, at around 5 p.m. This closure is required to facilitate repairs to the water main along S. Claiborne Ave. Public safety is our priority; signage will be in place to direct traffic.
