Emergency Sewer Replacement - Paris Avenue

NEW ORLEANS - The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) on Friday, March 22, will be replacing a sewer main on Paris Avenue. This project will require the closure of the lake-bound side of Paris between Milton and Foy streets.
Beginning at 6:00 am, the street will be closed and will remain closed until the work is completed. Lake-bound traffic on Paris will be detoured to St. Bernard Avenue via Sere Street, and back to Paris via Harrison Avenue.
Please drive safely and avoid that area if possible.
