Traffic Lane Closure – Northbound Lane of Broadway St.

New Orleans – Today, the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) will be repairing a sewer main on Broadway and Willow streets. The project will require the closure of the northbound lane of Broadway.
The lane is currently closed and will remain closed until the work is completed. Traffic on Broadway headed in the direction of Willow will be detoured left onto South Claiborne Avenue, from S. Claiborne onto State Street, from State onto Freret Street and then back onto Broadway.
Please drive safely and avoid that area if possible.
