Traffic Lane Closure Starting Mon., Sept. 16 through Wed., Sept. 18 – Carondelet Street between Calliope Street and Howard Avenue – Sewer and Fire Service Installation

New Orleans – On Monday, Sept. 16, 2019, the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) will begin installing a new sewer and fire service line near Howard Avenue. The project will require the closure of Carondelet Street at Calliope Street from Monday, Sept, 16, 2019 – Wednesday, Sept, 18, 2019 from 6 p.m. – 3 a.m. each night. An NOPD officer will direct all traffic left down Calliope Street.
Customers are not expected to experience any water service disruptions due to this project.
