SWBNO Lobbies Close Due to Inclement Weather, Call Center Remains Open

NEW ORLEANS – The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) customer service lobbies are closed today as of 12:00 pm due to inclement weather. This utility, however, will be properly staffed to fully respond to this rain event.
Should there be any incidents of water or sewer emergencies, residents are encouraged to call 504.52.WATER.
SWBNO is scheduled to be closed Friday for the holiday. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, April 22, 2019.
