Cooper Contracting, working for the Sewerage and Water Board, will perform street restoration tomorrow. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that Constance Street from Lafayette to Poydras Street will be closed to traffic on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
