Sewerage and Water Board crews will perform waterline work in the Seventh Ward. Residents, businesses and motorists are advised that northbound and southbound sections of St. Bernard Avenue from Paul Morphy to N. Dupre Street will be closed to traffic from 8 a.m. Saturday, December 10th through 5 p.m. Sunday, December 11th
