Cooper Contracting, working for the Sewerage and Water Board, will replace a fire hydrant. Residents and businesses in a part of the Carrollton Area will experience low water pressure on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. See attached for streets affected.
